Information
Once a year, all races of the Old World celebrate the only thing they have in common: Nuffle. During this festive period, men, women, children, spawn and angry green fungi gather together in droves to honour their god the only way they know how - by playing Blood Bowl!

Of course, all the big teams show up to the gigantic stadiums for a Nufflemas friendly (or deeply unfriendly as they usually end up!) but, often overlooked, are the little teams. The unknown and untrained teams also take to the streets and small-scale pitches for a friendly (or deeply unfriendly) game of Sevens.

On this most sacred day, Nuffle has noticed the teams of Orcshire’s celebrations and has decided to shower them with gifts as a reward for their worship. The teams here today are blessed indeed, as you, dear coach, are about to find out...

Nufflemas will be observed using the rules for Blood Bowl Sevens found in the 2020 Death Zone book; however, there are a few differences:
Teams may be selected from any race allowed by the NAF.
Apothecaries, Wandering Apothecaries and Igor are allowed as normal.
Halflings may hire a Chef at 150,000 gold crowns.
Teams with the Bribery and Corruption special rule may take 0-1 Bribes at 100,000 gold crowns.
Star players are not allowed.
The ‘Leader’ skill is banned.
Cheerleaders and Assistant Coaches may be hired as normal but coaches may not buy Dedicated Fans (the teams here today just aren’t that well known… yet).

The first round will be drawn at random with subsequent rounds being seeded.

Team Building
Teams are purchased using only 600,000 gold crowns and may not have more than 11 players on the roster.

Sevens are not very well trained or reliable. Team rerolls cost double their listed cost. For example, a human team reroll would cost 100,000 gold crowns.

Tournament special rules: The Gifts Of Nuffle

Nuffle is a fickle god, especially around the festive season of Nufflemas. He is pleased to see Sevens being played at this time of year and, as such, feels obliged to shower the participating teams with gifts!

At the start of each game, before any other dice are rolled, Coaches are blessed with random skills for their team! As per the rules for skills in Deathzone, coaches may choose a player to receive a random primary skill, or may randomly select a player to receive a random secondary skill! You can only assign one primary skill per player; skills may only stack if a secondary skill is rolled on a player already allocated a primary skill. Tier 1 teams receive 1 skill option; tier 2 have 2 and tier 3 get 3. Remember, no Leader! These skills do not roll over onto the next game so new skills are generated at the start of each game.

Entry fee is £10 and includes an exclusive entry gift to be revealed nearer the time.
Entry fee is payable to edroebuck@hotmail.co.uk on PayPal (friends and family please).
