Warpstone Star Rumble 2 is a to be part proud of the Great Plains Grand Prix.
Day 3 of the Woyal Warpstone Festival Weekend.
1 day 3 game event,

Registration starts 9:00am
First Match 9:30am-12:00pm
Lunch Break 12:00pm-1:00
Second Match 1:00pm-3:30pm
Break 3:30pm-3:45pm
Third match 3:45pm-6:15pm

Fees $20 by itself and 5 dollars more if attending day 3.
Naf membership is Mandatory to partipate in the Warpstone Star Rumble.

Team Building
All 26 Naf Santioned teams are eligible including Slann, Khorne, and Brettonians.
As well As Old world Alliance team.
Teams get 1.3 million gold peices to construct their roster.
Teams Have 1 Free Mutation and 1 Free leap skill at on hand that is on top team skill points.
(this Superseeds the team improvement rules)
Star players are not highlander and are allow for both teams if available. May appear on the field at the same time.
Team must have 11 players to begin the match.
Star players can be used as the 11th player on the team roster sheet. Swift twns and Lizards twins count as 1 star but two roster spot as per the rules. ( Same with the Swift twins and the Lizard twins)
Halfing Chefs may only be used by Halfing teams.
Teams can buy the following Staff and goods Assistant Coaches, Cheerleaders, Fan factor, Rerolls, and Apothecaries.
Golden Age Star are allowed.
Bribes are allowed per standard Rules Except Goblins which get Bribes for 50,000.
Teams are not allowed the following inducements Infamous Coaching Staff, Wandering Apothecaries, Special cards, Bloodwiser Kegs or Wizards.
10+1 Are minimums for this tournament
10 Roster Players at least and at least 1 Star player.
Skills
The Free Mutation Does not Count towards your point total. After Purchasing your Team, Rerolls, Bribes, and etc. You may purchase skills with points the given below.
Skills divided into 2 tiers
Tier(1): Block, Frenzy, Leader, Sure hands, Mighty blow, Kick, Guard, Dodge, Strip ball, and Claw.
Tier(2): Anything else
1 point for the first instance of a skill from tier 2
2 points for the first instance of a skill from tier 1
2 points for the second or Further instance of a skill from tier 2
3 points for the second or Further instances of a skill from tier 1
+2 points for any doubles

Tier (3) 13points
Slann, Khorne, Chaos Chosen, Underworld Denziens, Vampires, Nurgle’s Rotters
Tier(4) 16 points (stunty)
Halfings, Ogres, Goblins, Snotlings, Lizardmen (No Sauras) Underworld Denzien (No Skaven)
With the 2 option build star players may used from the non-allowed Races/Position of those builds.
For example my Chaos Chosen Team has 13point
Which I give 3 warriors block, the first is 2 and then next 2 are 3 each. (Total 8points)
I then give 2 beastmen wrestle the first 1 point and the second 2points (total 3points)
Lastly I give 1 beastman tackle and 2 beastmen Extra Arms. (total 2points)
The Second Extra Arms is my Free Mutation.
(So I have the follow math 2+3+3+1+2+1+1= 13points as my total)
2 stackable players ( 1 Being the Mutation) of 2 skill each.

No Bonus points will awarded for TD or Casualties
Casualties are from Fouling,Block, Stab, Crowd push, Failed Dodge and Failed GFI.
(in the case of a failed dodge or failed GFI, the casualty is awarded to the non-rolling player) As well as Throw Rock does not count toward the Casualties.
