Rules:
LRB6/CRaP + New teams,
TV120, No inducements except one star player (exceptions for tier3 teams), custom weather table.
Skil package:
- Package A: (4 regular skills)
- Package B: (1 double skill and 2 normal skills)
- Package C: (2 double skills)
- Package D: (+AG, and 1 normal skill)
Improvements: +2 regular skills after game three
